About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
3. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
4.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The shipping rate can be showed at the Checkout page. There are two options for shippig as below.
A. Standard Shipping(≤2KG): The Post Registered Air Mail, USPS/ePacket, PostNL, Singapore Post, or DHL Global Mail
B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

As power source of audio equipment, undoubtedly power supply is a cornerstone of the entire equipment. At present, common decoder or external sound card which the basic standard is a switching power supply (such as MINIDAC, K8, RDAC, 0404USB, EMU1616M, AF2, PROFIRE610, etc.), which severely limits performance of the decoder or sound card.
In order to maximize the performance of the devices’ power restricted, we have developed an external DC linear power supply based on high-quality printed toroidal transformers, using LT's excellent linear regulator chips, which the output ripple is no more than 0.2MV that tested under 100mA, and carefully calibrated capacitors. After try to use it in U100, MINIDAC, AF4, BMC-2 and other equipments, the performance of most equipments using has greatly improved instead of external switching power supply.

Usage cautions
1. Due to limits of temperature, external power supply, and display accuracy, the display module is allowed to display 1-2% display error at no load. For example, an 8V power supply may display 8.1V as normal.
2. Under normal load current, 5% load error is allowed, which is normal.
3. It is just for DC to replace your switch power supply. There is also a need to clearly understand the voltage and current. For example, if your device is AC input, it is not suitable for you to order it; some customers just don't see it. If you see 12V, you will place an order immediately. The result is reversed.
4. The voltage is also accurate to determine. For example, it is marked as DC 9V, if you are connected to the devise used DC12V; its performance will not be improved and will only be dropped.
