RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 1. When you get the unit, do not rush to insert the tubes to the unit, please read the manual carefully. Follow the instructions to avoid damage to the tubes or unit.
2. Recommended the unit to connect with HI-FI speakers with sensitivity 87dB-92dB, which is the best match. Low sensitivity speakers will be not good enough at musical detail, expression layering, and is lack of musical taste; too high sensitivity speakers may led to greater distortion.
3. Recommended the unit to connect with fully functional desktop CD as sound sourcing.
4. MM input port is connected Turntables because output level of Turntables is only a few to tens millivolts, so its amplification multiple is very high, it is not suitable to connect high level signal sources such as CD / DVD, etc, whose signal level is a few hundred mV to 2000 mV. If connected with this kind of source, they will distortion for cutting top wave. Note that when used this unit, in addition to connect RCA signal cable to Turntables, also need to take a good connection to ground of the unit, there is a grounding terminal on the rear of the unit, after done, there will not be induced buzz.
