RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). About usage
1. First of all, you must understand the correct usage habits of the audio system. 2. New equipment has a burn-in aging process. It is recommended that the new machine should be burned in. Generally, it can enter a better state in 2 to 3 weeks.
3. Operational amplifier selection: This machine uses OPA2134PA dual operational amplifier. Our circuit board is equipped with op amp sockets, customers can try to replace other dual op amps, but be careful not to plug in the opposite direction.
4. Gain selection: The factory default setting of the amp is 10dB gain. HD650/600 is recommended to be set to 10DB, which is subject to personal hearing. Reminder: It is best to turn off the power when setting the gain and turn off the volume to the minimum.
