About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (with the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. TB-W5-1880 type is Taiwan TB5 inch advanced model full frequency unit.
Since the full-frequency design has no crossover loss and phase distortion, it can reproduce the original and pure sound quality. W5 uses bamboo fiber paper diaphragm and special pattern folding ring. The unique phase plug minimizes the second and third harmonic distortion and phase distortion. TB units mostly use thickened sliders, short voice coil and long magnetic gap Underhung magnetic circuit design to ensure stable and uniform magnetic field distribution throughout the piston movement to obtain excellent frequency response.
It can be seen from the appearance that its high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship are pleasing to the eye. The white paper cone and the copper-colored phase cone make people shine, especially the phase cone design of the microphone head, which is the product of many tests, which can effectively diffuse the eddy current in the center of the diaphragm to radiate uniform spherical sound waves.
The magnetic circuit of this unit adopts petal-shaped neodymium iron boron magnet structure, composed of 8 round neodymium iron boron magnets. This kind of magnetic circuit solves the shortcomings of small internal magnetic structure and weak magnetic properties of conventional magnets, and can easily achieve uniform and stable magnetic field lines, allowing the voice coil to be stably controlled, and ensuring that the voice coil does not deviate from the axis when it moves up and down. The magnetic torque of the petal magnetic circuit is very precise and evenly distributed. When the local magnetic field changes, the magnetic circuit will interact on its own to maintain the overall balance, ensuring that the magnetic field lines received by the voice coil are uniform, so that the sound is accurately balanced, and the imaging ability is greatly improved.
