1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

4.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The shipping rate can be showed at the Checkout page. There are two options for shippig as below.
A. Standard Shipping(≤2KG): The Post Registered Air Mail, USPS/ePacket, PostNL, Singapore Post, or DHL Global Mail
B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. One year Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (with the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY. You agree to all of the above-listed policies upon ordering on our store.

The Shigeru Wada electronic tube preamplifier is designed specifically to connect with a power amplifier. And the finished tube amplifier adopted PCB soldering.
Since its launch in the market, the Shigeru Wada finished preamplifier has received considerable attention and has undergone discussions and modifications over the past year. The circuit has been thoroughly tested and refined through multiple auditions and meticulous hand-welding.
For enthusiasts familiar with tube preamps, two renowned models stand out: the Shigeru Wada and the Malanshi-7. After careful evaluation, it becomes evident that the Shigeru Wada preamplifier offers impressive performance and sound quality. It not only upholds the full-bodied and musical characteristics of the Marantz7, but also surpasses it in terms of dynamics, transient response, high and low-frequency reproduction, and analytical power.
A closer examination of the Shigeru Wada circuit reveals its inherent excellence. The pre-stage comprises a two-stage voltage amplification section utilizing a highly stable dual triode tube, delivering a roughly 10-fold signal amplification with high sensitivity. The subsequent stage, known as an emitter follower, employs a superior dual triode 12AU7 tube. While this stage does not focus on voltage amplification, it significantly enhances current amplification. This well-designed pre-stage ensures not only high sensitivity, but also excellent load capacity, enabling seamless compatibility with a wide range of post-stage configurations.
Enthusiasts familiar with Shigeru Wada's preamplifiers recognize their distinctive characteristic of producing lifelike vocals and exceptional performance in the alto range. This attribute is attributed to the deliberate incorporation of even-order harmonic distortion generated by the working electronic tubes. Unlike odd-order harmonic distortion, which can adversely affect the listening experience, even-order harmonic distortion adds a captivating element, enhancing the nuances and emotional expressiveness of human voices. Moreover, it imbues instrumental music, such as indoor-recorded violin, saxophone, and jazz, with a unique and rich tonal quality.
