About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

4.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The shipping rate can be showed at the Checkout page. B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. One year Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (with the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. The 3 Inch super tweeter horn features a trumpet flower copper horn with a silk membrane film bullet driver. The entire horn mouth is made of stretched brass, forming a parabolic curve shape. The smooth and natural horn line of the parabolic curve ensures excellent sound field directivity. The horn treble excels in high-frequency response, capable of pushing a significant amount of air energy with even a slight diaphragm movement, resulting in long sound propagation. Due to the short movement distance of the diaphragm, the overall distortion rate is considerably lower.
The driver connecting seat is finely crafted from aluminum alloy and threaded to connect with the horn. Additionally, a pair of simple 15mm thick acrylic triangular bases are included, providing stable support for the thinnest part of the horn, enhancing the stability of the trumpet flower.
This trumpet boasts a simple structure and is suitable for full-range speakers and bookshelf speakers. We recommend using a single-ended Class A amplifier or a Class AB/Class A transistor amplifier with a power output of at least 20W.
Connection Requirements for Speakers:
As an entry-level trumpet flower, this model does not require complicated auxiliary support and is typically placed on top of the speaker. The connecting wire should originate from the speaker's position. Directly connecting the drive head's voice coil to the power amplifier signal can lead to overload and potential burnout.

Please note:
Before using them, please connect the + polar (the bigger tap as below photo showed) of the driver unit with a non-polar audio capacitor in series. Otherwise, if connect it with your power amplifier without non-polar audio capacitors directly, the driver shall be damaged.
