RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Feature
1. Use 2pcs 6E2 tube as signal level indicator, 2pcs 6N3 tube for left and right channels, each served with SRPP voltage amplification, and then adopt a 6N5P tube for cathode output of left and right channel. Its noise level has been able to achieve practical requirements.
2. USB decoder: it is a tube amp with USB DAC function, U202 USB DAC portion is made of USB receiver and separate decoder chips, USB decoder chip used as CM108.Through repeated the tests, not only does U202 supports USB2.0 high speed transmission, but the thickness of sound and stability is much better than high cost of PCM2706 chips for USB1.1 profile, which is the main reason we chose it.

Note:
1. Heat start-up of tube amplifier is stable after power on for 15 seconds, it can start working properly aloud.
2. The unit is a pure Class A tube output and power consumption is about 40W, so heat is great, please pay attention to ventilation when using, and prevent be scalded by the tube overheating. It is normal that the unit is high temperature for some time is use, do not worry about it, it will be self- recovery protection when temperature is above 95 degree Celsius.
3. When it is used as a preamp, please do not put the volume knob for this unit as entire audio system volume control knob, to prevent the unit’s inherent background noise be amplified by power stage when it is in maximum gain, and avoid that the background noise of pre-amplifier amplified is bigger than useful signal in a small volume), it is strongly recommended that volume knob of power stage amp 's as the size of the volume control of the entire sound system.
