RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Notes:
1. When you get the unit, do not rush to insert the tubes to the unit, please read the manual carefully. Follow the instructions to avoid damage to the tubes or unit.
2. Recommended the unit to connect with HI-FI speakers with sensitivity 87dB-92dB, which is the best match. Low sensitivity speakers will be not good enough at musical detail, expression layering, and is lack of musical taste; too high sensitivity speakers may led to greater distortion.
3. Recommended the unit to connect with fully functional desktop CD as sound sourcing.
4. MM input port is connected Turntables because output level of Turntables is only a few to tens millivolts, so its amplification multiple is very high, it is not suitable to connect high level signal sources such as CD / DVD, etc, whose signal level is a few hundred mV to 2000 mV. If connected with this kind of source, they will distortion for cutting top wave.
