RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Also AK4495 adopted 7.5V power supply firstly with the highest voltage power supply, in order to break through dynamic limitations of traditional 5V power output for DAC. Cautions:
1. Because they support lossless playback, data traffic is heavy on the SD card and U disk speed there are certain requirements, SD card used for a long defragmented regularly. Try not to use the low-speed SD card, SD card bad areas on the disk like as CD disk incomplete, occasionally stop a little or cut song sonic boom, here please note.
2. When play MP3, set the volume to 18 is appropriate (maximum is 25), when the volume is 1-22, the distortion is about 0.01% or less, because dynamic performance of MP3 is less than APE and WAV, distortion is greater than normal when the volume is greater than 25 . When playing APE, WAV, FLAC music, set to16-20 is ideally, distortion is far lower than the computer connections are DAC results.
3. Volume control is only built with DAC for audio output, coaxial signal is non-adjustable when a fixed.
4. The firmware will occasionally put a link to download automatically upgrade customers, as long as the firmware is into the SD card root directory, boot will be automatically upgraded, so software compatibility, sound quality, will be getting better.
Firmware upgraded method:
1. Put firmware into the SD card root directory – power on -- the display will darken in the vicinity of 30 seconds by the light, or show the word DONE which mean the upgrade is complete, in the darkening process we should not shut down, otherwise the firmware will be returned for rewriting program.
2. Remove the SD card when upgrade finished, delete firmware on SD card from the computer, otherwise it will be upgraded each boot to read and write files. Do not power off before shows the word DONE or before the display is not dimmed, otherwise the firmware cannot be written down again, and then the unit must be returned to factory for repair.
