About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).

B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For component selection, power supply filter capacitor is used Panasonic 100UF * 4, output coupling capacitors with NOVER 100UF * 4 and Sweden RIFA 0.33UF * 2; potentiometer using Japanese ALPS 100K, long life, no bad phenomenon.
And casing is made of aluminum machining one. 36MM diameter plastic coated aluminum volume knob, gold-plated 6.5MM headphone jack, high-quality toggle power switch. Color of 5670 bottom tube LED is blue. Built-in 65W high quality slim circular transformer, the chassis dimensions: width 14.5CM, high 6.8CM, deep 20CM; The rare is fixed high-quality gold-plated RCA jack copper , nickel plated copper power seat .
The circuit design of "Black voice " is very concise, whole unit only took three tubes, the input stage and amplified by the two pairs of polar transistor 6N3 (or 5670) to constitute SRPP amplification circuit, each one just only for a channel 6N3.The output stage is a low resistance dual triode 6N5P (available 6080 U.S. direct replacement) cathode follower constituted, the same every 1 / 2 6N5P responsible for one channel, nothing more. Plus several external RC components and the power section constitute all the circuits. The greatest feature of this unit is no output transformer, the transformer windings out of the two exchanges, a direct supply tube filament, another group rectified and simple multi-level RC Buck, after filtering for tube anode voltage. Although not using filter chokes, filament still used AC power supply. This tube earphone amplifier cannot hear the slightest hum, even when the volume is turned up no signal, the background is quite clean, showing excellent signal to noise ratio.
