About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).

C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

833 vs. 300B – Scale vs. Intimacy
The legendary 300B, revered as the “King of Tubes,” is celebrated for its seductive midrange and delicate microdetail. However, with a typical single-ended output of only ~8 watts, it struggles with low-sensitivity speakers or large-scale music.
By contrast, a single 833 can deliver **tens to over a hundred watts of Class A power**, enabling effortless control of complex symphonic works, pipe organs, or large-scale dynamics — with deep, weighty bass and a vast, lifelike soundstage. While the 833 emphasizes scale, authority, and transparency, the 300B retains an edge in intimacy, imparting a lush sweetness particularly enchanting with vocals and chamber music.
The IWISTAO Approach
Our design combines the best of both worlds. Each channel is housed in its own chassis for maximum isolation and stability. The front end employs **6J7 driver tubes feeding 300Bs**, which in turn couple through output transformers to drive the mighty 833. Operating at **1650V plate voltage and 140mA current** in pure Class A, the 833 stage is free from global feedback, ensuring uncolored, naturally flowing sound.
The sonic result recalls a “giant 2A3”: mids that are saturated and lifelike, highs that extend effortlessly with natural decay and inky-black silence, and bass that digs deep with authority and control. Unlike the more flamboyant character of 300B or 7092 amplifiers, the IWISTAO 833 prioritizes authenticity — offering music that is transparent, powerful, and profoundly moving.
