About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

4.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. There are two options for shippig as below.

B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. One year Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (with the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. This product is shipped with kits if you select "xxxx--default hole" option, and require that buyers are able to polish and assemble, and have strong practical ability. Polished and assembled may be more trouble, if you don’t have the abilities of above and problem-solving, please don’t buy it, thanks!
Speaker cabinet adopt double back guide pipe, and sound quality is relatively pure. Its panel can be replaced if you have spares. This speaker cabinet kits support 3—6.5 inches full range speaker.

All materials of the kit:
- The board is E1 high-density board (not medium-density board),
- The screw is 8.8 grade industrial blackened, and cutting from M6 thread,
- The lock nut is made of Q235 carbon steel (commonly known as A3 steel) with nickel plated on the surface,
- The panel fixing nut is made of carbon steel and colored zinc plated (inline),
- Panel fixing bolts are grade 8.8 blackened M5 hexagon socket head bolts.

- Width according to the size taken:

- The buyer provides the detailed size of the speaker unit. The default through hole as below is drilled if the detailed size of the speaker unit aren't provided.
1).The panels of 3 inch speaker default hole is a through hole as diameter 72mm
2).The panels of 4 inch speaker default hole is a through hole as diameter 94mm
3).The panels of 5 inch speaker default hole is a through hole as diameter 122mm
4). The panels of 6.5 inch speaker default hole is a through hole as diameter 144mm
Shipping list:
- Two panels in the box (Drill the holes according to the speaker unit size provided by the buyer or default holes)
- Splint x 8 to16 pieces (according to the cabinet size taken)
- Reinforcing rib splint x 2 pieces (intermediate strengthening effect)
- Side plate x 4 pieces (8 carbon steel nuts embedded)
- 4 side panels
- M6 bolts x 26 (length according to the size of the cabinet)
- M5*30 hexagon socket panel fixing bolt x 8

Assembly steps:
- Firstly, please check whether the delivery is complete and place them separately.
- Saw the inner rib (waste) from the splint sheet (using a hacksaw blade), and polish the remaining burrs (using a chisel, file or wood sandpaper).
- Install the terminal (drill the M9 hole on the clip, drill the appropriate hole for the self-provided terminal), and prepare the welding line to be no shorter than 1.4 meters. And soldered to the terminal for use. If you install the junction box, follow the steps below to cut the junction box hole: Arrange all the splints neatly in the order of assembly, use a pencil to draw a frame of width 75mm/height 54mm (the size of the junction box of our shop) on the back of the appropriate position, and then press each piece Saw it by scribing, the diagram is as follows)
- Place them in floating-point staggered order (the top side plate will not be placed temporarily), then put on the bolts, and do not put on the screw first. (Place the clip plates one by one in order, straighten out the lines, and place the reinforcement plate in the middle as much as possible. Do not put the last side plate, and then insert the screw rod. The first and second screws need to be slow. Slowly align the sheet insert, and then it is easy to insert it after it is aligned)
- Start to assemble the lock. (There is no need to apply glue. For the solid wood side panels, apply glue on the laminated surface of the solid wood planks.)
- After assembling, polish the outside of the speaker.
- Install the panel and solder the speaker wire.
Note: The high-density surface is smooth, seamless laminated without glue, glue also has a thickness of multi-layer stack will increase a few millimeters that lead to the panel will become small, screw holes will not be reached. At the same time, please avoid moisture.

The information below only for your information, it is assembly step for model WHFSC-K2T4.
1. Please check if the shipments are completed, and placed separately firstly.
2. Use a steel saw blade (or a saw) to cut the inner ribs (waste) from the plywood sheet down, or rip them off, then use a chisel, rasp or sanding wood it that left over burrs.
3. Install the connecting wire terminal (If there are not holes, please drill hole to fit terminals), prepare to soldering cables are not shorter than 55 cm, and soldering it to the terminal with spare.
4. Start assembling them with. Black hex bolts, lock nuts
5. After assembled, polish and smooth the external surface.
6. Install the panel, and soldering the cables to speaker units.
