1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).

C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

User Instructions:
1. The panel has a volume control knob and an input selection knob, which can be selected according to the following input. COA (coaxial digital input) can be connected to all audio coaxial digital signal output devices, such as CD players, digital players, etc.
2. BLU (Bluetooth signal input) can connect with all 2.4G wireless Bluetooth devices, such as mobile phones, computers, etc.

6. The sound quality of the two headphones is different. The sound quality of PHONES1 is pure: PHONES2 is transparent, and they can be selected according to your preferences.
7. For USB function, The USB driver can be installed, when you place order and complete the payment, we will send a link for download. After installing the driver, SS USB Audio will be displayed in the computer device manager.
8. Bluetooth use: select the switch to hit BLU, open the smart phone’s Bluetooth switch, search for Bluetooth device SS BT Audio, search and connect to use. If you want to clear the memory, press and hold the Rest button for 6 seconds to clear the previous memory.
Cautions:
1. After using the unit for 20 minutes, the timber will be better. The model of tube used is 6S6T. It can be replaced by 6Э6П in the former Soviet Union. There will be a certain temperature when using the casing for a long time. Please do not cover the heat dissipation hole.
2. There is high voltage inside the unit. Do not disassemble it if you are not professional. There is danger of electric shock!
