About shipping
1.Important: Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges all are not included into shipping cost . Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
2. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

There are two options for shippig as below.
A. Standard Shipping(≤2KG): The Post Registered Air Mail, USPS/ePacket, PostNL, Singapore Post, or DHL Global Mail
B. Express Shipping: EMS, DHL, UPS , or Fedex, Special Route.,etc. For faster shipping and smooth transaction, we will change the shipping company among them
C. Economy Shipping: China Air Post Mail / Parcel, Hongkong Air Post Mail / Parcel, or shipment by sea etc
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1. One year Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (with the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. It is said that this famous European tube KT88 and its big brothers KT100, KT120, KT150 are all world-renowned tubes, these famous tubes are used by the world's top manufacturers, such as the United States mcintosh.
But for cheap manufacturers, it will feel pressure and fear to use this tube , because some sounds are too rough, in fact, for many reasons, they are not designed well. What's more fatal is that the circuit design is unreasonable. GE company stipulates that the input impedance of kt88 is not greater than 270K. If it is driven by a high-level U tube, it is a serious impedance mismatch. If it is 6SN7 (6N8P), the two-stage common negative design output impedance is also fast to the peak, the distortion of KT88 is fed back to the first stage, and the distortion becomes larger after being offset with a 6N8P low U tube feedback.
So if you want to get better sound from tube KT88, it software and hardware must do well. Our circuit design use the tube 6J8P (6SJ7) + 6N8 cathode output to drive tube KT88. No matter its gain distortion or impedance is matched, it is seamless! The well-designed KT88 tube amplifier gives the impression that the music is delicious! Delicate sound and strong penetrating power! High school, low frequency and so on all have very good performance.
